As a “fix-it-first” company, we never use high-pressure sales tactics to push system replacements. If your equipment can be repaired, we’ll always provide that option first.
We offer a warranty on all our services
We offer a standard 12-month labor warranty on all repairs* and a 3-month (90-day) warranty on equipment deemed in acceptable condition during a maintenance visit**.
If you experience any issues with your system within 3 months of your maintenance service, the diagnostic fee will be waived.
* The 12-month labor warranty excludes refrigerant-related issues.
** The 3-month (90-day) warranty applies only to equipment found to be in acceptable working condition with no recommended repairs at the time of service. If your invoice includes no recommended repairs, this warranty applies to your system. If repair recommendations were made and declined, a standard diagnostic fee will apply to any return visit.
